  3. Upload Your Photo: Upload the reference photo you'd like our artists to work from.
  4. Checkout: Securely place your order. Our team will then review it and your artistic journey will begin!

What kind of photo should I upload for the best results?

A great painting starts with a great photo! For the best outcome, please provide a photo that is:

  • High-resolution (clear and not blurry when you zoom in).
  • Well-lit (with good, clear lighting on the subjects' faces).
  • Unfiltered (avoid heavy social media filters, as they can hide important details). The better the reference photo, the more detail and likeness our artists can capture.

Can you combine people or pets from different photos into one painting?

Yes, absolutely! This is a very popular request. Simply upload all the individual photos you want us to use and leave clear instructions in the "Notes for your artist" section during checkout. For example, "Please use the photo of Grandpa and the photo of the dog to create one painting." Our artists are skilled at creating seamless group portraits.

How long will it take to receive my artwork?

The total time is a combination of creation and shipping. Our process is designed for quality, not speed.

  • Artistic Creation: Please allow 3-4 weeks for our artists to meticulously hand-paint your piece.
  • Your Approval: We will then send you a digital proof to review.
  • Shipping: Once approved, shipping within the US typically takes 5-7 business days. International shipping times vary by destination.

Can I request a specific art style or medium?

How do you ensure my painting arrives safely?

We treat every piece of art with the utmost care. Your painting is securely packaged in multi-layered, protective materials to prevent any damage during transit. We partner with reliable couriers like FedEx and UPS, and every shipment is fully insured from our studio to your doorstep for your peace of mind.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are proud to ship our custom artwork to clients all over the world. Please note that shipping times and costs will vary depending on the destination country. Any local customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

What if I'm not satisfied with my portrait? (Our Satisfaction Guarantee)

Your happiness is our highest priority. That's why we have a pre-shipping approval process.

  1. Digital Proof: Before we ship, we will email you a high-quality photo of your finished painting.
  2. Request Revisions: You can review the art and request minor modifications if needed. We want you to be completely in love with it.

Approval: Only after you approve the proof will we package and ship your masterpiece. Because each piece is 100% custom-made and approved by you, we generally cannot offer returns. However, if your painting arrives damaged, we will work with you immediately to replace it.

What is your return policy?

Due to the highly personalized nature of our custom portraits, we cannot accept returns. The artwork is created specifically for you. Our robust satisfaction guarantee and proofing process (see above) are in place to ensure that the painting you receive is exactly what you envisioned and approved before it was ever shipped. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
